Comes from innovation and organisation: how people work together, and how it could work better.
MIT, The GenAI Divide: State of AI in Business 2025
"Every AI pilot gets stuck. Not on the technology. On us."
"We grew fast. Our processes turned into a maze. Nobody has the overview."
"I report numbers I don't fully trust. There are no better ones."
"Good people, but they work past each other. The energy goes inward, not to the client."
All four have the same root cause: the foundation does not hold. Fix the foundation and it pays for itself. And everything you build on it, AI and agents included, finally holds.
Wassching is not one person's company. It runs on what grows between people: friendship, and a shared standard for the work.
We are Foundation Engineers. We build foundations for organisations whose ambition is blocked. Not by a lack of technology, but by the three layers beneath it: organisation, process, data.
We are not an agency. Not another consultancy with a scan and a report. We are a workshop. We work alongside the people in the room, on the real problem, until the foundation holds. A solid foundation pays off before the AI does, and puts you in the 5% where AI actually delivers.
Wassching was built to connect: people, disciplines, and sometimes a new venture that grows out of the work.
We choose who we work with. And so do you.
There is no framework to buy here. We work in your room, on your real problem, and we stay until it holds.
Comes from innovation and organisation: how people work together, and how it could work better.
Comes from the shop floor and from systems: how the operation is planned, and what the numbers really say.
Two different starting points. They meet in your processes, where the work actually runs. We are the core, not the whole. Around us is a network of experts: people who have led global IT, built AI agents in practice, guarded data and risk, and taken cost out of operations. We bring them in when your problem asks for them.
We make ownership explicit: who decides, who delivers, who carries the result. We put the right people in the right roles, and when AI and agents join the work, we redesign the organisation so they actually land. Because 88% of organisations use AI today, and only 6% see it back in their results: that gap is organisational.
We measure how the work really runs, straight from your systems, and we talk to the people who run it every day. Then we bring the variants back: from dozens of versions of the same process to a handful that hold. That is real money: unnecessary process complexity quietly leaks 2 to 4% of revenue, and no dashboard shows it.
We fix the data your business runs on: master data, definitions, clean entry, systems that agree. Good data is control: planning that matches the shop floor, stock levels you can trust, reports nobody corrects by hand, decisions made on facts. And it is the layer everything new stands on: an agent is only as good as the data it runs on.
Everything we find gets a number: what the friction costs you today, and what fixing it is worth. You decide on a business case, not on a promise.
Figures: McKinsey 2025; industry benchmarks. Indicative.
We read every message ourselves. And the first conversation is exactly that: a conversation. Forty-five minutes, no slides, no pitch. You leave with a sharper view of your problem, whether we work together or not.
Rather have a look around first? From the Workshop is where we share how we work: the thinking, the lessons, the notes from the floor.
