Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Lead the Charge in Process Excellence: Be the strategic powerhouse guiding clients to connect their big-picture goals with everyday operational success. You’ll own the transformation journey, from diagnostics to actionable improvements in the realms of People, Process, and Data.
  • Bridge Strategy with Execution: Translate high-level business strategies into clear, effective processes. You’ll connect the dots, helping clients turn complex strategies into executable steps, all while driving operational efficiency and value.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Decision Making: Leverage the latest in process intelligence to identify opportunities and insights. Work closely with clients to harness data for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
  • Empower Client Teams: As a true people-person, you’ll lead workshops, training sessions, and hands-on sessions, enabling teams to adopt process innovations with enthusiasm and clarity.
  • Innovate & Improve: Constantly look for ways to elevate Wassching’s approach, incorporating best practices and the latest trends in process intelligence, operational excellence, and technology solutions.
  • Champion Client Success: Your ultimate mission is client satisfaction. Drive impactful results that leave clients not just happy but eager for the next step in their journey with Wassching.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Process Pro: You bring 8+ years of hands-on experience in process optimization, process intelligence, or operational excellence. If you've mapped a process, analysed a bottleneck, or driven a strategy from idea to execution, we want to hear about it!
  • Data Dynamo: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for smarter decision-making. Bonus points if you’ve worked with process intelligence tools or data visualization software to bring insights to life.
  • Strategic Visionary: You’re skilled at connecting the dots between big-picture goals and day-to-day operations, helping clients turn ambitious strategies into tangible results.
  • People-Powered Leadership: Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills are essential; you’re as comfortable leading a client team as you are inspiring cross-functional teams to embrace change.
  • Adaptability Enthusiast: Our clients’ needs are diverse, so flexibility is key. You’re proactive, open to feedback, and can pivot seamlessly from project to project.
  • Customer Champion: Empathy and client focus drive you. You’re a natural at fostering strong relationships and a master at translating client needs into impactful solutions.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is great, but your practical experience in transforming processes is what we’re really after!
