Are you ready to turn raw numbers into transformative insights that reshape business operations? At Wassching, we’re looking for a data-driven professional who sees beyond spreadsheets—someone who can bring clarity to complex process data and unearth real opportunities for improvement.
As our Senior Process Data Analyst, you’ll take the lead on the data-focused components of key client engagements. By combining advanced analytics with a deep understanding of process optimization, you’ll guide both our team and our clients toward data-backed decisions that propel sustainable growth. If you’re passionate about digging into complex datasets, extracting actionable insights, and influencing strategic outcomes, this is your stage.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Own the Data Strategy: Design, implement, and manage the data-analytics framework across multiple process improvement initiatives. From data collection to visualization, you’ll ensure every project benefits from robust analytical thinking.
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Dive into large datasets to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for streamlining processes. Translate raw data into clear recommendations that drive operational efficiency.
- Advanced Analytics & Modelling: Utilize predictive models, process mining tools, and statistical techniques to anticipate potential issues and reveal hidden value. Your expert findings will shape client decision-making at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Process Strategy Consultants, IT Specialists, and client stakeholders to align data insights with broader business goals. Ensure analytics solutions are practical, scalable, and directly impactful to client outcomes.
- Champion Best Practices: Continuously refine analytical methods, exploring the latest trends in data science, automation, and process intelligence. Share knowledge through workshops, training, and consulting sessions to elevate the data capabilities of Wassching and its clients.
- Measure Success & ROI: Help define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track project impact, ensuring clients see tangible gains in efficiency, cost savings, and overall performance.
